The museum is still relatively new, but a significant amount of work has taken place to restore the mill itself. Now, you can take a tour, learn more about the textile industry in the region, and see just how much work it took to produce finished products more than 100 years ago. 

Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge

The reserve includes approximately 50 miles along the coast, and it was created in 1966. It is home to a variety of local habitats that are perfect for animals of all types.
